Bank of Singapore and Hong Leong Bank are integrating Arta AI’s platform to deploy dedicated AI agents that connect internal data with market research, aiming to enhance advisory services and deliver more personalised wealth management for their clients and partners.

Bank of Singapore and Hong Leong Bank have joined a burgeoning network of global financial institutions in adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) to significantly enhance their wealth management capabilities. Both banks have integrated Arta AI’s advanced Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, marking a significant step towards leveraging AI to provide more sophisticated and personalised advisory services.

AI to streamline decision-making

Arta AI’s platform equips financial advisors with dedicated AI agents capable of linking a vast array of data sources, including client portfolios, proprietary firm data, extensive research, and product intelligence. This comprehensive integration is designed to streamline workflows and provide crucial support for more informed decision-making across the advisory process.

Bank of Singapore Focuses on Bespoke Client Advice

Bank of Singapore is deploying the Arta AI technology primarily to assist its partners, including external asset managers (EAMs) and family offices.

The platform is set to automate complex investment research and personalise portfolio management at scale. The bank views the integration as a pivotal tool for augmenting the research capabilities of financial intermediaries, ultimately enabling them to deliver more bespoke, client-centric advice in a highly competitive market.

Hong Leong Bank prioritises personalised recommendations

In Malaysia, Hong Leong Bank will utilise Arta AI to empower its relationship managers (RMs). The platform will furnish RMs with integrated portfolio data, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) research, and sophisticated risk models.

This initiative is aimed squarely at enabling the delivery of highly personalised investment recommendations that are precisely aligned with each client’s unique risk profile. The adoption is part of Hong Leong Bank’s wider strategic goal to embed AI deeply across its operations, specifically to uplift its advisory-led wealth services.

Offering cutting-edge generative AI

Arta AI differentiates itself by combining cutting-edge Generative AI with real-time market data and proprietary research. The platform offers a suite of powerful features essential for modern wealth management, including:

  • Advanced Portfolio Analysis
  • Monte Carlo Simulations for risk assessment
  • Multilingual Communication support

The platform also offers flexible white-label deployment and extensive firm-specific customisation, ensuring seamless integration into the existing technology ecosystems of both banks.

The adoption by these two prominent Asian financial institutions underscores the accelerating global trend of leveraging artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, enhance research, and deliver a superior, tailored client experience in the wealth management sector.
