Bazara Tech one of Africa’s fastest-growing fintech innovators, has unveiled Manovar, a next-generation AI platform designed to transform corporate banking and asset management across the continent. The announcement, made this week, marks a major step forward in banking technology as the company seeks to solve long-standing operational challenges through advanced automation, real-time intelligence, and seamless system integration.

For many banks, fragmented applications and manual, resource-heavy processes have long undermined efficiency, slowing service delivery and driving up costs. Manovar aims to eliminate these bottlenecks by bringing critical functions into a single, unified interface. The platform offers instant visibility into liquidity positions, fully digitised customer journeys, configurable approval workflows, and AI-driven fraud detection capabilities. Two major commercial banks in Africa have already deployed the system, moving it quickly from concept to practical adoption.

Created in close partnership with institutional stakeholders and corporate users, Manovar has been architected for scale and adaptability across varied African markets. It is available both as a cloud-based SaaS solution and as an on-premise installation, giving financial institutions the flexibility to satisfy regulatory, security, and operational needs.

In an exclusive statement, Co-founder and CPTO, Tunji Odumuboni, positioned Manovar as a transformative force rather than a simple technology upgrade. “This is a strategic enabler for modern financial institutions. Manovar reflects our vision for the future of financial services – intelligent, connected, and real-time,” he said.

This view was reinforced by Lanre Akomolafe, Head of Products at Bazara Tech, who highlighted the crucial role of collaboration between banks and emerging technology providers. “This launch is proof that innovation thrives when collaboration replaces tradition. Together, we are solving systemic challenges that have held back the sector for too long,” Akomolafe stated.

Founder and CEO, Boye Ademola, described the debut of Manovar as a milestone in the company’s broader mission. “Manovar represents the next chapter in our journey to help financial institutions move faster, serve smarter, and operate with greater clarity. We are just getting started,” he declared, inviting progressive banks to join in accelerating industry transformation.

With Manovar now operational, Bazara Tech is preparing for wider expansion, with targeted growth across Africa, the United Kingdom, and the GCC region. The company intends to collaborate with financial institutions seeking to boost efficiency, strengthen security, and unlock new opportunities through technology-led innovation.
