Since joining BPI Private Wealth in 2022, Jamie Laraine Ang Yutingco has established herself as one of the bank’s top performers. In 2024, she brought in PHP 8 billion (USD 143 million) in new assets under management (AUM), 207% of her annual target, expanding her portfolio from PHP 12 billion (USD 214 million) to PHP 20 billion (USD 357 million). She also onboarded 15 new high-net-worth clients while maintaining a spotless record with no complaints or deficiencies.
Yutingco’s approach to relationship management emphasises trust and long-term engagement over transactions. She tailors wealth strategies around family dynamics, succession planning, and lifestyle aspirations, while also introducing clients to curated opportunities such as art fairs and real estate events. This client-centric model has helped position BPI Private Wealth as a partner in both financial and personal goals.
Beyond her portfolio, Yutingco contributes to the wider business by mentoring junior relationship managers and driving operational improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Her results directly support the bank’s strategy of growing assets under management to PHP 3 trillion (USD 53.6 billion) by 2026 and capturing a 25% share of the Philippines’ high-net-worth market.
In June 2025, Yutingco was named Relationship Manager of the Year (Private Bank) at the Global Private Banking Innovation Awards 2025, held at Raffles Singapore.
BPI Private Wealth was also named Best Private Bank in the Philippines, Outstanding Private Bank for Growth Strategy and Best Private Bank for Credit.
“These recognitions are more than awards—they reflect the trust our clients place in us and affirm our commitment to providing exceptional private banking services,” said Maria Theresa Marcial, President and CEO of BPI Wealth.
