Standard Chartered has partnered with Bupa Global and WHOOP to expand its new health and wellness platform for affluent clients in Asia, integrating wellbeing into its wider wealth-management strategy.
Standard Chartered has deepened its focus on holistic client support through new partnerships with Bupa Global and WHOOP, strengthening the bank’s recently introduced health and wellness offering for affluent customers. The collaborations, announced as part of a broader strategy to integrate wellbeing into wealth management, respond to increasing demand for services that span every stage of personal health — from prevention and early diagnosis to treatment, recovery, and sustained lifestyle support.
Under the initiative, clients enrolled in the bank’s Priority, Priority Private, and Private Banking segments in Hong Kong, Singapore, and India will progressively gain access to an expanded range of health-focused solutions over the coming months. These enhancements are intended to complement traditional financial advisory services, reflecting a shift towards a more comprehensive interpretation of what constitutes long-term wealth.
Senior leaders at Standard Chartered said the partnerships with the global insurer and wearable-technology specialist represent a meaningful step in reshaping the bank’s value proposition. By embedding health and wellbeing within its client offering, the bank aims to position itself at the forefront of a growing trend that sees physical and mental resilience as essential pillars of financial prosperity.
