The Zurich office of Deutsche Bank has hired two new executives to cover financial intermediaries, such as external asset managers.
Deutsche Bank has appointed Denny Pole as managing director and market head, financial intermediaries (FIM) Switzerland, according to an announcement. In the role, he reports to Hugo van Kattendijke, head FIM global (ex-Germany), and Clemens Kaiser, CEO of Deutsche Bank Switzerland and head of private bank Central Europe.
Pole has over 20 years of wealth management and client coverage experience, including more than 10 years in leadership roles across Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Singapore. He was most recently working at Julius Baer as team head and senior advisor, intermediaries emerging markets.
Weiwei Chen also joins Pole from Julius Baer as vice president and relationship manager covering the FIM segment.
Deutsche Bank Private Bank’s FIM business provides dedicated coverage to entities, like external asset managers, through its offices in Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai (DIFC) and the US.
