Singapore-headquartered Paragon Capital Management has named a 20-year veteran its first-ever chief commercial officer.
Paragon Capital Management (PCM) has appointed Trevor Lau as the firm’s inaugural chief commercial officer, according to an announcement.
In the newly created role, he will lead the external asset manager’s commercial strategy, including business development, stakeholder engagement, capital raising, strategic partnerships, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. He will also work closely with the team to drive sustainable growth, enhance value delivered to clients and partners, and strengthen PCM’s presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the broader region in Asia.
Lau has more than 20 years of experience across private banking, wealth management, and investment advisory in Asia. He joined PCM in 2025 as a managing director and previously held various senior roles at Credit Suisse, UBS, Citi Private Bank, as well as Azura Investment Partners where he served as CEO.
“The Chief Commercial Officer role reflects our confidence in the opportunities ahead and our ambition to continue growing our business across Asia,” commented PCM co-founder, CEO and chief investment officer, Paul Lee. “Trevor brings deep industry experience, strong leadership capabilities, and an extensive network developed over more than two decades in wealth management and investment advisory.”
Established in 2014 and headquartered in Singapore, PCM currently has assets under management exceeding SGD 1.5 billion (USD 1.2 billion).
