Raffles Family Office has hired a former Citi Private Bank executive as its chief investment officer, based in Hong Kong.
Raffles Family Office (RFO) has appointed Ken Peng as chief investment officer, according to a statement. In the newly created role, he will be responsible for strengthening the firm’s investment function, shaping overall investment strategy as well as providing insights on global macroeconomic trends and emerging investment themes.
Based in Hong Kong, he reports to Chi Man Kwan, RFO’s group CEO.
Peng has over 20 years of private wealth experience across Greater China and the US. Prior to his latest role, he served as managing director and head of Asia Pacific investment strategy at Citi Private Bank.

RFO is a multi-family office founded in 2016 with dual headquarters in Hong Kong and Singapore alongside representative offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, and Bangkok.
