Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management arm of Crédit Agricole Group, has announced the acquisition of the remaining share capital of Wealth Dynamix, cementing its full ownership of the WealthTech firm. The move, disclosed on 19 November 2025, follows the earlier purchase of a 70% majority stake in 2023 and marks a decisive step in the integration of the two companies. Alongside the transaction, Indosuez confirmed the appointment of Romain Jérome as Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Dynamix, effective from 1 November.

The acquisition is intended to accelerate Indosuez’s innovation strategy, enabling the group to harness Wealth Dynamix’s technological agility to deliver greater personalisation, digitalisation, and autonomy to clients navigating increasingly complex regulatory frameworks. It also broadens Indosuez’s business-to-business offering, equipping financial institutions with advanced digital tools to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, Wealth Dynamix has established itself as a leading provider of client lifecycle management and customer relationship management solutions tailored to the wealth management sector. With offices in France, Switzerland, and Lithuania, the company employs more than 150 professionals and serves a diverse client base ranging from boutique investment managers to international private banks. Its technology supports institutions in streamlining onboarding processes, managing client relationships, and delivering highly personalised advisory services. Wealth Dynamix has been recognised in the WealthTech100 for two consecutive years and continues to expand its reach through partnerships with major European financial institutions.

Despite the acquisition, Wealth Dynamix will retain its autonomous governance structure to safeguard its culture of innovation and rapid product development. At the same time, it will benefit from the resources of a global financial group to accelerate investment in research and development, artificial intelligence, and security.

Romain Jérome, who previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Indosuez, brings extensive experience in digital transformation to his new role. He began his career at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking before moving to Crédit Agricole CIB, where he held senior positions in innovation and digital strategy. Since joining Indosuez in 2019, he has led the group’s digital agenda and supported its transformation initiatives. Based in London, Jérome will now oversee Wealth Dynamix’s next phase of growth under Indosuez’s ownership.

This strategic consolidation underscores Indosuez’s ambition to strengthen its technological capabilities and reinforce its position as a leading player in the global wealth management industry.
