J.P. Morgan Private Bank has announced the appointment of dual chief executive officers to lead the business in its home market in the US.
J.P. Morgan has appointed Nelle Miller and William Sinclair as co-CEOs of its private banking unit in the US, according to a statement.
Miller joined J.P. Morgan in 2002 and has held various leadership roles, including her current position as head of New York, the private bank’s largest American market. She is also a founding member of the global investment opportunities team.
Sinclair joined the bank in 2007 and is the head of financial leaders group as well as global co-head of the family office practice. He leads more than 500 professionals to advise many of the firm’s largest and most complex clients across public and private investing, fixed income strategies, credit and liquidity solutions, and estate and philanthropic planning.
The latest announcement follows the appointment of David Frame in July 2025 as the global CEO of J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
“The Global Private Bank has delivered strong growth over the past five years, and the US is at the center of that momentum,” commented Frame. “Nelle and Will have built outstanding businesses, developed high-performing teams and demonstrated deep expertise. They are uniquely well positioned to lead the US Private Bank into its next chapter.”
