BANGKOK, July 7, 2025 – Synpulse8, the technology arm of Synpulse, is proud to announce the successful implementation of a bespoke front-end relationship manager (RM) tool, based on Synpulse8 Wealth Cockpit, at Kasikornbank Private Banking in Thailand. This milestone marks a significant step forward in transforming wealth management operations, empowering KBank Private Banking’s relationship managers (RM) and financial advisors with an intelligent and seamless digital experience.

The implementation of this bespoke tool is part of KBank Private Banking’s strategic project aimed at digitalising its private banking services. The project commenced in April 2024 and was successfully completed in December 2024. The Synpulse team built a single platform to manage the front-end customer investment journey for KBank Private Banking.

A key challenge the project aimed to address was the limitations of several front-end tools, which often constrained relationship managers from providing timely, tailored support to their clients. Designed and built specifically to meet KBank Private Banking’s requirements, the new platform removes these barriers by streamlining workflows and enabling a more intelligent, responsive experience. It is now being rolled out beyond private banking to retail banking, ensuring a broader impact on the bank’s wealth management ecosystem.

Wealth Cockpit is an innovative relationship manager (RM) platform that consolidates and simplifies wealth managers’ workflows by integrating all essential tools into a single, unified system. Traditionally, RMs rely on multiple front-end systems for various tasks, from onboarding, providing advisory services to executing transactions. Wealth Cockpit eliminates these inefficiencies, offering a streamlined and intuitive experience that enhances productivity and client engagement.

Key Benefits of Synpulse8 Wealth Cockpit:

  • Support for a Wide Range of Investment Assets: The platform supports various investment assets and financial instruments, providing a comprehensive solution for wealth managers.
  • Speedy Localisation and Product Simulations: Wealth Cockpit is equipped with up-to-date local regulations, pension schemes, and tax considerations, along with portfolio, product, and risk simulations to enhance decision-making.
  • Multi-Way Input: Both advisors and clients can access the platform online and provide input at any time. The data captured can be leveraged for future engagement and enhanced client interactions.
  • Assisted Advisory Journey: The platform supports advisors in portfolio allocation, creating bespoke investment proposals and monitoring risk exposures and portfolio performance on an ongoing basis, triggering relevant alerts and nudges to clients and relationship managers to improve portfolio health.
  • AI Assistant: An integrated AI assistant helps advisors and clients understand products, search for documents, and interact with platform features. This capability is expected to expand further in the future, incorporating external data sources such as market insights.

“We are thrilled to support KBank Private Banking on this landmark achievement,” said Salomon Wettstein, Co-CEO at Synpulse8, and Managing Partner at Synpulse. “Wealth Cockpit is a game-changer for the wealth management space, providing a smarter, more efficient way for RMs to serve their clients. This go-live is a testament to our commitment to driving digital transformation in the financial sector in Asia.”

Sujai Hanchaowong, Business Strategy and Enablement Head of Private Banking at KBank Private Banking, added: “At KBank Private Banking, we are constantly seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our wealth management services. The implementation of Wealth Cockpit enables our relationship managers to access insights more quickly and make better-informed investment decisions—ultimately elevating the client experience. We continue to prioritise the growth and empowerment of our RM teams, which helps us attract and retain top talent. This, in turn, translates into stronger client relationships and better service. This initiative represents a significant step forward in our digital transformation journey”.

KBank Private Banking’s adoption of Wealth Cockpit underscores its commitment to innovation and excellence in wealth management, ensuring its financial advisors have the best-in-class tools to deliver superior client experiences.

As Synpulse8 continues to revolutionise financial services through technology, this successful implementation at KBank Private Banking represents a strategic leap forward in wealth management digitalisation. Building on this momentum, Synpulse8 is also driving similar projects in APAC and the Middle East in collaboration with leading regional banks, further expanding its global footprint and delivering cutting-edge wealth management solutions across key markets.
