Lombard Odier has appointed Thomas Morley as chief operating officer for the UK, strengthening its leadership team in one of the firm’s key European markets.
Based in London, Morley will be responsible for overseeing operational strategy and driving efficiency across the UK business. He will report to the firm’s UK chief executive and work closely with global leadership to align operations with Lombard Odier’s wider growth plans.
Morley brings extensive experience in wealth and asset management operations. He previously held senior roles in the sector, focusing on operational resilience, client service, and technology integration.
The Swiss private bank, which manages more than USD 350 billion in client assets, has been expanding its presence in the UK to capture demand from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals seeking bespoke wealth solutions.
The appointment underscores Lombard Odier’s commitment to strengthening its UK operations as it continues to grow its international private banking franchise.
