PRFortis Capital Advisors announces partnership with Risemint, an independent wealth management firm founded by Bryce Johnson. Since its inception in 2019, Risemint had grown from zero assets under management to over USD120 million prior to merging with Fortis Capital. This new partnership positions Risemint to take the next step in its evolution by leveraging Fortis Capital Advisors’ experienced team of specialists to deliver an enhanced level of personalized wealth management solutions for families and businesses.

“Among the many characteristics that made this partnership ideal is our shared commitment to continuously investing in and improving our service offerings,” said Bryce Johnson, Founder of Risemint. “Our firms share a forward-looking vision and a dedication to upholding the highest standards in both service and outcomes. We will never rest on past successes—our clients deserve a partner who evolves and improves year after year.”

Rob Hagg, Chief Sales & Growth Officer at Fortis Capital Advisors, added:

“We are thrilled to welcome Bryce and Risemint into the Fortis family. Bryce’s proven ability to grow his business while maintaining an unwavering commitment to client outcomes aligns perfectly with our mission. Together, we are positioned to deliver even greater value and a more robust set of resources to his clients.”

Bryce Johnson brings a distinguished background to the partnership, holding an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. He served for a decade as a lead portfolio manager at two Denver-based firms before launching Risemint in 2018 with a mission to provide meticulous, investment-centric portfolio management. Over the past five years, his approach has helped attract, retain, and grow a loyal client base.

Through the partnership, Fortis Capital Advisors will provide comprehensive back-office administrative support, enabling Bryce to focus on his dual role as both portfolio manager and primary client relationship manager—a role he has already received strong positive feedback on from clients.

“Our success is directly tied to the success of our clients,” added Johnson. “With Fortis as a partner, I’m confident we are entering our most promising chapter yet.”
