One year following its exit from the onshore India wealth management market, UBS has exercised its warrants to acquire a stake in Mumbai-based 360 ONE WAM.
UBS acquired a 4.8% stake in 360 ONE WAM by exercising warrants it was previously allotted, according to an announcement.
In April 2025, UBS announced that it would sell its onshore India wealth business to 360 ONE in exchange for warrants on the stake. Under the strategic collaboration, the Swiss bank would also serve 360 ONE’s clients booked in Singapore.
According to its website, 360 ONE currently manages more than USD 94.1 billion in assets, serving over 9,000 families and corporates.
